“1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched—this we proclaim concerning the Word of life. 2 The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us. 3 We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.”—1 John 1:1-3
Kairos – Youth
Kairos is the LGCC youth group for grades 6 to 12. We meet on Friday night at 7:30pm. Our goal is to reach primarily Asian-American teens with the gospel of Jesus Christ, encouraging them to grow in righteousness, challenging a few to peer-to peer ministry, equipping them to reach the world with the gospel and fulfill the Great Commission. Our regular meetings have a Bible lesson with discussion, a cell bonding time every other month, workshops with outside speakers, community service and outreach events. For regular lesson meetings, the teens are separated into High School and Middle School. Please visit our home page at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/183086188426347/

Ohana means family and that is what we are seeking to be. We are Christians who meet for workship, fellowship, and accountability for the glory of God. We always welcome new friends!
When we’re not meeting for fellowship or bible study, you can prbably find us playing sports at a local park, or gym, hiking at a local trail, cooking and eat ing good food, or having big board game nights at someone’s house We seek to build deeper relationships through transparency in sharing, to encourage and build each other up through the Word and to live out the Gospel daily through our actions.

Better Half group is for couples who are looking for ways to make the second half of their marriage a better half. We like the double connotation of the name of “Better Half” as we shift our focus from our children to our spouses.
We meet at church on the second and fourth Fridays of every month. Our meeting starts at the same time as the LGCC Youth group, at 7:30pm. We encourage couples who have teenage children attending the youth group to join us.
Our meeting includes Bible or book study, sharing, prayer and refreshments. We often hold fun events and information nights on Daily Living Needs topics (such as health, nutrition, exercise, estate planning) by various speakers. Current group members are Baby-Boomers who have been married for 15 to 35 years.
